​In parallel with the CGD-designed logo for Centerra Marketplace, Dartmouth Real Estate Office asked CGD to design a banner program for installation on existing light posts in the retail parking area of Centerra Resource Park.

Graphics for the banners are unified by a single composition of typographic elements adapted from the logo. Each banner is assigned one of four color palettes, enhancing the perception of multiple variations within an economy of one design. In addition to establishing the Marketplace’s distinctive identity, the banners infuse the restrained storefront environment with color and visual excitement.

At the Client’s request, the logo appearing at the bottom of each banner was modified with a simplified letter “C” to facilitate a more immediate recognition.
